In the heart of Málaga mountains, and separated from the curvy road that heads towards Olías and Comares, we can see the terrains El Romerillo and La Letría.

The combination of weather, pluviometry and abundant slaty soils in the area has as a result a wine of great quality. The soils consist of a bedding of thin layers in which the rain water can find a place, letting a soft humidity at the bottom of the terrain; the vine-stock roots benefit this way permanently from this humidity.

Most vineyards located in the terrains of La Letría and El Romerillo are placed over hillocks and hills oriented to the sunrise and, wherever possible, over land not beaten by the warm winds that in summer bring parching airs.
